I just installed Velocity template quickstart from Shape5. I upgraded Joomla by installing it as an extension. Then I added the JCE editor. I went to save the subsription key, and the "Save" and the "Save & Close" buttons won't work, the screen never changes. The only button that works is "Cancel." I've rebooted to see if that would help. It did not. I'm trying to avoid installed JCE, but if I have to, I will.

What could be driving this issue?
