When I type java -version in console.

I get

java version "1.8.0_40"

Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_40-b25)

Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.40-b25, mixed mode)

Where this java is set ?  I dont find it.

I checked Environment Variable  Path , JAVA_HOME ......  its not set there.  I am confused where this java is set .

I am on windows 7 - 64 bit
