Hi, I'm trying to upload tiff 48 bit depth converting to jpg. It failed that "One factory fails for the operation encode" and javax.media.jai.ThreadSafeOperationRegistry that two error shown. When I uploaded the tiff 24 bit depth. it worked. I'm new of JAI. Could you please give me suggestion how to do it? I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
